Kusigani Mbambo
Kusigani joined the firm in January 2012. Her practice area is corporate-commercial law, with a focus on real estate and conveyancing, regulatory advisory, corporate governance, employment and labour law and commercial litigation.

Kusigani has eleven (11) years’ post qualification experience spanning commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution (arbitration and mediation) while her advisory expertise is in the areas of corporate governance, regulatory consulting as well as employment and labour law. Kusigani’s corporate transaction experience includes, but is not limited to, due diligence, contract drafting and advisory work on behalf of the Government of Botswana; parastatals; medium to large privately owned companies; and multinational organisations. Kusigani was seconded to Dentons (formerly known as Denton Wilde Sapte) from September 2009 to November 2009, which was facilitated by ILFA (formerly known as International Lawyers for Africa).

Kusigani is a Fulbright scholar and graduated with a Masters in Law from the University of the Pacific - Mc George School of Law in Sacramento, California in December 2011. Kusigani is admitted as an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public.
