• acted for major retailers of school uniforms imported from South Africa in an application interdicting the Government of Botswana where it had issued a statutory regulation banning the importation of school uniforms from outside Botswana, in favour of locally produced uniforms;

• acted for lenders in a claim to recover a debt and sought to liquidate a local microlender which was the borrower in terms of a note programme listed and issued on the Botswana Stock Exchange;

• acted as counsel for various blue chip companies in the manufacturing and retail sector in employment related disputes before the Industrial Court and the Court of Appeal;
• is acting as local counsel to a client in an arbitrating dispute that arose between them and the Government of Botswana from one of the biggest construction projects in Botswana. The matter has been placed at the International Court of Arbitration and International Chamber of Commerce.
