Bookbinder Business Law has acted as local legal advisor to PPC Botswana Proprietary Limited on the sale of 100% of its equity stake in PPC Aggregate Quarries Botswana Proprietary Limited to Danoher Botswana Proprietary.
The proposed sale transaction is subject to various regulatory consents, including merger control approval from the Competition and Consumer Authority, and the approval from the Ministry of Mineral Resources, Green Technology and Energy Security in respect of a change in shareholding of PPC Aggregate Quarries.
