Bruno Williams gained admission to the bar in Botswana in 1993 and has practiced mostly in the dispute resolution arena in our jurisdiction since then. He has a wealth of knowledge in commercial litigation and arbitration and his experience in this arena covers a broad spectrum, including corporate, construction, debt-recovery and insolvency, labour and employment, and administrative and regulatory challenges, to list a few. His litigation expertise also extends to the field of delict and property law. He is also knowledgeable and experienced in the legal and regulatory nuances of the international commercial aviation sector. Bruno has acted for notable local and international corporations and individuals and is recognized for his ability to understand the needs of his client, offer sound advice, and deliver favourable results.
