• acted for major retailers of school uniforms imported from South Africa in an application interdicting the Government of Botswana where it had issued a statutory regulation banning the important of school uniforms from outside Botswana, in favour of locally produced uniforms;
• acted for various clients in respect of the review of employment contracts, defending proceedings before the Industrial Court and general regulatory advice on labour law issues in Botswana;
• acted for various clients in eviction and arrear rental collection matters;
• acted on behalf of various clients for purposes of successfully registering their trust instruments with the office of the Master of the High Court; and
• acted for various financial institutions in debt collection matters with claims ranging in the millions.
