  • assisted local co-counsel to Vitol Holdings II S.A. and its subsidiaries (in its acquisition of 74% of the total issued shares in Engen Limited, a subsidiary of PETRONAS Marketing International Sendirian Berhad).
  • assisted counsel to Access Bank Botswana Limited in respect of its establishment of a BWP2,000,000,000 Domestic Term Medium Term Note Programme for listing on the Botswana Stock Exchange.
  • assisted counsel to Scipion Active Trading Fund in its disposal of 100% of the total issued shares in Crosscorn Proprietary Limited to MHMK Capital Botswana Limited.
  • assisted counsel to INEOS Automotive Holdings Limited, a part of the INEOS Automotive Group in its acquisition of a majority interest in Kavango Engineering Proprietary Limited.
  • assisting local counsel to Cupric Canyon Capital LP in relation to the disposal of its interest in Khoemacau Mining Proprietary Limited and Discovery Copper (Botswana) Proprietary Limited.
  •  assisted lead counsel to the transaction parties in respect of the acquisition of a controlling interest in Notwane Pharmacy Proprietary Limited.
  • provided data protection advisory to leading financial services, medical services, and telecommunications entities in Botswana.
  • assisted lead counsel to Access Bank Botswana Limited in respect of the establishment of BWP 2,000,000,000.00 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme.
  • acted as counsel to Quality Services Proprietary Limited t/a Chartered Insurance Brokers in its acquisition of certain assets of Luxiant Services Proprietary Limited t/a Exclusive Insurance Solutions.
  • assisted lead counsel to Premium Nickel Resources Corporation with respect to the acquisition in Botswana of certain of the Selebi and Selkirk Mine assets from BCL Limited (in Liquidation).
